You can skip Step 1, Step2 and Step4 if you already set User Group, rights and Users.
* Step 1 –Create a User Group
 * Step 2 - Create a Rights
 * Step 3 - Create an Encoder Profile and download it to your computer.
 * Step 4 – Create a User
* Step 5 – Edit User Group and set which Encoder Profile it can access.
* Step 6 – Import Encoder Profile to Windows Media Encoder.
* Step 7 – Set Windows Media Encoder using DRM and streaming your live events.
